Had an 8.25 mile run on the treadmill this am at the fitness center.  Its getting cold here in Iowa, so the heat is now on at the fitness center.  I was dripping sweat all over the place.  I literally smelled so gross at that point, I just went home... people kept getting on the treadmill next to me,  and I felt horrible about my grossness... ha ha ha!
