Well as I said, we are back to cold and snow. So much for those beautiful temps for a week. Yesterday it was slick out and OF COURSE it was the first week of training and long runs. Thank the Lord it was my shortest long run... but none the less... it had to be on a treadmill at the gym. Sorry to those who I offended with my odor.
